Exchange Policy

1. Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault. |

2. No refund policy. |

3. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition. |
|
4. Products can be exchanged if customer not suite for the sizes, but not in different style or color. |
|
5. Following items cannot be exchanged: Socks, inner wear, camisole and item that has been sent for alteration. |
|
6. Product exchange within 7 days after parcel received. |
|
7. Customer have to bear the shipping fees RM 8 for west malaysia and RM 13 for east malaysia. |
